12 Oct 10 Kyle Park Making Chart Noise With New Release

Email this Post Print this Post

Country singer Kyle Park’s latest release, his FALL EP, has hit the Billboard charts since its launch in September with the first single to radio, “All Night”: #56 on the magazine’s Top Country Albums list, #28 on Top Heatseekers and, most reflective of the artist’s regional popularity, #1 on Heatseekers South Central. FALL EP also landed at #7 on iTunes’ Top 10 Country Records. The recording artist, whose work prompted MusicRow’s Robert K. Oermann to advise that listeners should “lend him your ears,” is on the road, taking the five songs on the EP and more to fans across Texas and in Oklahoma — part of Park’s plan to give those fans more than one recording

per year. Park doesn’t believe fans should have to wait for great music, and they appreciate him for it, packing more than 200 shows a year by the dynamic singer with a modern country, “rock with a twang” style in clubs and honky-tonks and at music festivals. FALL EP and his earlier release this year, the four-song SPRING EP, are the building blocks for a full-length album that Park is currently in the studio finishing and will release in 2011.
