One of Texas music’s favorite “water” bands will be flowing in Arlington this week. Country rock quintet Eleven Hundred Springs plays at the Levitt at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 15. Eleven Hundred Springs has produced three albums, including one this year, Eight the winning blend of country shuffles and Western swing as well as their appreciation of traditional country music. Their song, We’re From Texas, says it all about this Dallas-based band that lists among its influences fellow Texans Bob Wills and Buddy Holly.
