Austin, TX — Six Shooter Records artist and award-winning songwriter Melissa McClelland is joining Luke Doucet (husband, producer and label-mate) for a series of Texas shows that will highlight their chemistry and talent as a duo, a duo that brings an undeniable smolder to their duets, which include original songs from cymbalta 60 mg their impressive catalogs alongside versions of classics such as “I’m on Fire” that set audiences ablaze. Known for bringing bloody-knuckled tales of blackouts, knockouts, bayonets and bad apples to life, she was featured in Sarah McLachlan’s band throughout the Lilith Fair circuit and now shares the stage with McLachlan and Butterfly Boucher for the Sarah McLachlan & Friends Tour, which traveled through Texas in early November 2010. Doucet’s year saw the release of STEEL CITY TRAWLER (Sept. 21, 2010), his fifth release on Six Shooter Records.
