HOW:            Put on your thick skin coat and leave your ego at home. Sign up for your song’s critique beginning at 7:00pm. Bring at least 10 copies of your lyrics to share. Bring your CD recording that can play on your own boom box or play it live with your instrument of choice. There are always guitars to share, but no keyboards. Just lyricists and/or composers are always welcomed! All ages/styles/genres of music welcomed.

Note: If you are presenting your song for critique on a CD or iPod, please bring your own playback device to insure that we will be able to hear it. We no longer provide playback devices at meetings!!!!

WHY:             Because you need to share your gift of song with others who have the same gift!

Our mission statement:

WSA is an organization offering an environment of support, information and creative inspiration to the songwriter hobbyist or to those wanting to advance to a more professional level, by providing opportunities to learn more about the craft and business of songwriting and to form creative partnerships and networking among fellow songwriters. WSA is open to anyone who wants to be a part of a network of songwriters of all levels. Meeting the 2nd Monday each month at Borders Books, Market Street, The Woodlands, TX, 7:00pm.
