Would you like to invite Texas Music Journal to cover your next show or music related event? You can invite us by simply sending an invitation through your Google Calendar using our email address ‘events (at) texasmusicjournal (dot) com’. Just create a Google Calendar entry for the event and add us as a “Guest”.
If you don’t have a Google Calendar, all registered users are welcome to Submit a Texas Music Event using the form on this page. If you don’t see a form on this page, you will first need to register or log in before you submit an event. Please be as specific as possible to make sure we schedule your event correctly! If we accept your event invitation, we will add your event to our Google Calendar and announce a reminder of your upcoming event through our Twitter account, as well as provide our Twitter followers with a link to our Google Calendar event details page to learn more about your event.

Event: Jennifer Grassman’s Serpent Tales & Nightingales CD Release Concert
When: Sat, Mar 6 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Description: Jennifer Grassman will perform a piano/vocal concert to celebrate the release of her 3rd album, Serpent Tales & Nightingales, on Saturday, March 6, 7:00 PM, at Dowling Music Recital Hall. Dowling will not only provide an elegant and comfortable venue with impeccable acoustics (not to mention a Hamburg Steinway Grand Piano), but will also be filming Jennifer’s concert live! DVDs will be available immediately following the performance. Please mark your calendars and join us for this momentous occasion! Not only is it Jennifer’s 3rd CD Release, but it’s her 1st Live Concert DVD Shoot! A Reception will immediately follow at The Black Labrador restaurant (about a 5 minute drive from Dowling).
